I was looking for an electrician to replace a pendant lamp located on a high ceiling in a stairwell. I contacted 3 electricians. The 1st electrician took a look at it and told me it would be too dangerous. The second one told me it would require 2 technicians and that it was "going to cost me”!! Then Dane Electric contacted me. David was very friendly and asked a lot of detailed questions and asked me to send photos. He then gave me a reasonable cost estimate and we were able to set up an appointment within a week’s time. On the day, Devon and John showed up with their own ladder and determined how to set the ladder up. They took down my old ugly lamp and assembled then installed the new pendant lamp. They also installed a new dimmer switch for the lamp. All of this was completed and took about an hour. They went about their work in a calm and methodical manner. My new lamp looks fantastic, even better than I expected! I highly recommend Dane Electric.

We have used Dane twice. They needed to reschedule one of those times, but otherwise show up pretty much on time. They give advice on repair alternatives and are upfront about the estimate. The work appears accurate (we're not electricians, so it's hard to be sure). They minimize drywall cutting, keep the work area as clean as possible.
