Dr. Sims is not a "hands-on" Doctor. He likes to talk and often just says to take Advil or Aleve to solve whatever problem he's presented with. When my wife had her annual physical, he didn't even listen to her heart or lungs.

Dr. Sims has a very warm, caring and friendly manner and spends as much time with the patient as necessary. He has been very encouraging in my (successful) efforts to lose weight. He is available on fairly short notice and has some evening hours. The office staff is good if not particularly warm and fuzzy. The lab employees are very friendly and pleasant.
