We bought a home in March and discovered a few bathroom issues, one of which we knew about before purchasing the home, two of which were surprises. For the surprises, the Select Kitchen & Bath team came out twice to do site visits to try and diagnose as much as possible before we signed with them and certainly before tearing up the floors so that they could try and quote us as accurate of repair costs as possible. Since we needed to tear up our bathroom floors, we decided to also do some renovation. The sales and design lead was fantastic and immediately understood our price range, priorities, and design aesthetic. He was judgement-free and made the process of picking out tiles and materials as easy as possible. He also responded promptly when I wanted to change out a fixture last minute and suggested some cost-saving measures. When it came to the repair/renovation itself, the team was prompt and was able to repair all 2.5 bathrooms within a 3 week window. The contractors came promptly at 8 am each morning and worked hard! Price-wise, they were comparable to three other firms we had scoped out, but what I liked about Select Kitchen & Bath is that I felt they worked hard to get us as fair and accurate of a quote as possible before we signed. There were no pricing surprises throughout the process. I'd use them again!
