Bud Stolker was superb in every respect in repairing my desktop. In evaluating the problem, he took the time to explain what needed to be done and the approximate costs. He ordered the necessary part and informed me promptly when it arrived. He was able to install it in less than a half hour (as he estimated it would take) and charged what he what he had estimated. He was very congenial throughout--a pleasure to deal with in a business where negative reviews often seem to be more rule than exception. In short, I am very happy to recommend Bud and Landmark Computer Labs. There's no doubt to whom I will turn in the future.

I had used Landmark Computers (recommended by Washington Checkbook) quite a few years ago and was very pleased. So recently when my computer developed a switch problem, I returned. After some time, even after bringing in the "experts" I was told that they could not remove the necessary part to get to the guts of the computer, even after consulting YouTube? Brought it home. A computer savvy friend found another switch on the keyboard and it has been working well. I did buy a new computer and computer savvy friend took in apart to remove the hard drive. This was easily accomplished. So why couldn't Landmark computer do this? I don't understand. If it just wasn't worth their while, why not just say so?
