I brought the car in with a complaint about front-end noise. After an $1100 "fix," the noise was still there and quite obvious to anyone but a deaf person. They replaced wheel bearings (which no doubt needed replacement) but ignored the actual source of the noise, which was front struts. So . . . I took the car back for front struts replacement. Without mentioning price, they did the job . . . for another $1200+! When I complained, they immediately knocked off $100. Even with that, though, I won't be back--EVER!
