I have been using Ft Hunt Svc Ctr for about 20 years. Can't recommend highly enough. The owner, Jim, is smart, competent, and honest. The only negative is that he's so popular, it can sometimes take a while to get an appointment.

I have recently tried twice to get estimates for work. I dropped off a list the first time with my contact info and a detailed list of the work I wanted done. I never heard back from them. The second time I went up to the office. No one was there. One person in the repair bay. After waiting around 20 minutes with no one to help me, I called another repair shop. Finally someone came into the office and said everyone was out to lunch. I told them at that point I was fed up with them and would be going elsewhere. I originally used Fort Hunt Service Center a year or so prior. While I was satisfied with their work, it took them 2 or 3 days longer to complete the job.
