The dealer is good -- but, new buildings are going up soon, so there is a backlog of cars to be repaired. Took 2 months to get an appointment.

My auto has been in the shop since 11-26-22. The shop determined the engine had blown. For over 7 months of going back and forth with the Hyundai manufacturer the replacement engine was approved finally. The shop has been extremely lax, unreliable, and pretty complacent in updating and advising me on status. I now supposedly await after another auto engine replacement is completed. This has been an absolute debacle. Major service restructuring is imperative. This issue should have been resolved long ago.

Do not leave a message to schedule service as they will NEVER call you back. Hard to schedule an appointment as sometimes do not answer phone.
