I brought my 2012 BMW here because the A/C was not working. They merely replaced the refrigerant and charged me $285 for that!!! They completely missed that the condenser was cracked/leaking and so the "fix" only lasted several weeks. Also, there is no parking here so when we went to pick up the car, we discovered that it was parked on the street two blocks away.

Let’s face it; if you own a BMW, repairs aren’t going to be cheap. Alexandria Bavarian Service has kept my legacy BMW running nicely for many years, at a cost far below what I have paid elsewhere. They have exceptional knowledge about the technology, give you honest advice, let you know your options, and do the job right. Now that the Potomac Yard metro station is open it is easy to drop your car off and come back when it is ready.
