We purchased multiple appliances and had no end of problems. The purchase of the products was extremely time consuming and cumbersome because of a very poor computer checkout system. It took hours to do what should have taken minutes and was very taxing for the employees and myself. Then a wrong size product was delivered despite the installation company coming to my house ahead of time (and charging me) to measure the size of appliances I needed. My countertop was cut without my permission and then you tried to charge me for doing it! I would not buy appliances from Lowes again.

I bought my Frigidaire refrigerator at Lowe's because of price. I had hope to actually see the model I had chosen based on our needs, space constraints, and Consumer Reports review, so I drove to the store to take a look. Unfortunately, they don't display all the models they sell, including the one I had chosen. I ordered that model on line anyway. When we finally got it, it was disappointing on a couple of levels, which I might have picked up on had been able to see it. Delivery crew was great, though they balked a little at moving our old refrigerator to the basement. But an extra $20 persuaded them.

We agreed to buy the dishwasher before we learned that it would have to be ordered for expected delivery almost a month later. On the day we expected delivery, we learned that it would be delayed because one of things needed for installation hadn't come in. Hence, we won't have had a working dishwasher for almost two months.
