These folks were great - not the cheapest but I believe the best value. Needed a PTAC unit for our deck and getting someone reliable to work these is a challenge. But SFC showed up on time to survey the work, gave me a realistic delivery/install date - which they met, and did the work quickly, professionally, and very neatly... couldn't tell they had been there once they were done. Would definitely use them again.

Tech did not have the right size filter for our AC on his truck. Said he'd have to go get one. Did not warn me he would charge $95 for going to get the filter. I fault him for (a) not having the filter in the first place (b) charging for what was his (or his employer's) error, and (c) not telling me the fee when he asked if it was OK for him to go get a filter. It's not hard to change a filter and I could have readily bought one from either a local supply house or from the Web and installed it myself. I will never do business with them again.
