We started working with Jay Kraft to install a heat pump system on the second floor of our house. While we were considering various options, our gas hot water heater malfunctioned and we decided to switch to a heat pump water heater. Jay and his team kept our water heater running while helping us select the unit that would work best for our situation. They installed the new unit, including re-plumbing the hot water lines to move the water heater to a different part of the basement and doing the necessary electrical work, in one day. The water heater has worked great and we are now returning to our original heat pump project. Jay is very thorough and knowledgeable, and he and his team are very committed to doing the job right.
