KRAFFT recently completed or second seasonal service of our two systems. Lars is a highly skilled, friendly and professional technician. We are so happy to have found a quality local business who has long time employees. Everything runs smoothly, from scheduling to service to follow up to make sure we are satisfied. Indeed we are. Highly recommend. It makes me sad that private equity fueled industry consolidation is happening in our area and I’m delighted that KRAFFT has no plans to sell out.
