I worked with Delta for many years. From what I’ve read, they recently sold the company. The change is drastic and unfortunate. They could not figure out a problem - lack of familiarity with Trane - and only offered me an absurdly overpriced replacement. When I balked, the technician proceeded to tell me he knew I could afford it based on my home. Never again.

Can't say enough good things about dealing with this company. Their service techs are friendly, thorough, do excellent work and don't try and sell me a raft of extra services that I don't need like so many of the HVAC firms offering low cost specials. I selected Delta based on recommendations in "Checkbook" and am completely satisfied.
