Have not had major work done by this co. but very pleased with their bi-annual service contract which has saved us $--twice--on repair work. Will definitely consult them when we replace HVAC system in the next year or two. Very conscientious, knowledgeable and responsive and no hard sell or unnecessary upselling. Hope they stay that way!
