There's a management problem in the front office. Overcharged (charged my insurance in addition to charging me at the appointment) and it took multiple calls and several months to get a refund. They had previously canceled/delayed several of my appointments due to lack of hygienists. Also, didn't schedule a routine appointment in a routine way along with my regular 6 month appointment. I was told I'd have to come back in 3 weeks.

Dr. Erik Low is the son of my previous periodontist, Dr. Howard Low. Both are very skilled and competent at gum care. The two dentists are very competent at the critical gum surgery and scaling and planing, but more recently I've only had cleanings there (which is a good thing, means my gums are staying healthy) but my latest hygenist there I think is new in her field and might not be that thorough.
