1. Insufficient anesthesia. He did not give my son enough Novocain so my son had a lot of pain.
2. They really gouge on nitrous oxide. My dentist charges $30, this office charges $!50.
3. They do not offer a general anesthesia. My regular dentist said that she could extract wisdom teeth but that most teenagers prefer to go to a provider that offers general anesthesia.
