We were recommended to Kirby Nelson from a dentist friend, when asked the question "since you're a dentist, if your kids needed orthodontia, who would you go to?" and our dentist friend immediately said "go to Kirby Nelson". Our son went initially to the Snoqualmie Ridge location and then, when we moved from Issaquah to Maple Valley - continued on at the Maple Valley location. He is up front at his initial consultation so you know exactly what you're getting into, is helpful with financing, gives discounts if you pay in lump sums (who can?) or have multiple kids (ouch) and allows even you to pace yourself by having the evaluation done initially in the late fall, then starting the treatment the next year when you're Flexible Spend Account is fully loaded. He's a perfectionist so those braces may stay on a little longer than others may have them on, to ensure that you're teeth are Julia Roberts-worthy. Having had one son in, we now have our daughter in and the experience has been fabulous. He's also a pillar of the community, sponsoring the athletics field in Ravensdale, helping at Maple Valley Community Days, as well as special treats like cinema events in North Bend for his patients. He genuinely cares about his patients and does a great job!
