Dr. Brandal always goes out of her way to ensure patient comfort. She provides lots of information, explains options and lets patients decide how they want to proceed with treatment. She is concerned about patient satisfaction and when I had some complications from a root canal 1 1/2 years after the procedure, she offered to do a remedial procedure and said that if my insurance wouldn't cover it, she wouldn't charge me for it. Her office person, Debbie, is delightful. Dr. Brandal used to be an independent practitioner, but in the past year or so has joined forces with a group practice in the U District. Her office is still downtown.

This was a re-do of a prior root canal. Overall a good experience, but wish I'd known from the start that it would be a two visit procedure (with a week in between with a temporary filling).

my wife and I have used Dr. Brandal several times for root canals over the past 30 years and she is the best. My wife tried someone else that was recommended and she says next time she is just going to see Dr. Brandal.
