We had a clogged drain pipe. I talked to Debbie and she said she could come at 9:00 AM the next day and gave me the price which we agreed on. At 9:20 AM I called to see where she was at and she said it was too wet and she was doing an inside job instead. She said she would be there after 12:00 PM. At 2:00 PM I called another gutter service and he said he could be there at 3:30. Since I hadn't received any updates from Debbie I said yes and called both Debbie's cell phone and office number to explain that since I hadn't received any updates I had selected another gutter cleaner. Both calls went to voice mail. The next day Debbie called upset and wanted to "Clear the air". BTW the other cleaner did a great job for almost one hundred dollars less.
