My garage door was stuck in the closed position bevause the torsion spring broke. Precision sent a guy out who quoted me a price of $433 to replace the broken spring, plus labor. From what I have read and learned from others, this service should cost less than half the price quoted. My sons and daughter-in-lae had to take the door apart to get my car out. In ky opinion, Precision saw that I was stuck, and saw dollar signs. I will never call them again.
