Carol, the owner, is smart and capable. Some of her staff (who do the actual work) are poorly trained, and then not adequately supervised. This resulted in major errors on a tax return, which were only made worse when revised by an ill-informed staffer. Aargh ! We expect CPAs to take care of details accurately, not to create headaches.
