installed a new heat pump in my attic. they had to come back several times to get it installed properly. foot went through ceiling in my daughters bedroom. i choose them because their prices were the lowest. unit is now functioning, but needs adjustment.

Have a service plan so no individual prices for service. Except for the new oil tank purchased. A little pricey but it was installed quickly and professionally with no mess after.
