Not very helpful, I did all the work for them and gave them spreadsheets and a breakdown of everything that needed to go onto my taxes so all they did was plug in the numbers I gave them and did not ask me additional questions on other things I might have been able to deduct so I missed deductions. They did not tell me the price ahead of time and then it turned out to be ridiculously expensive. Absolutely would not recommend!
