I was pleased with this accountant's tax expertise and appreciated a couple of tips he provided me. He did my 2020 returns but I did not use him for 2021 because he did not file one of my 2020 returns in a timely manner. There was a software glitch that I did not learn about until I asked about status of my refund. Only then did he inform me of the issue. Very disappointing as I had been pleased with his work and the ability to interact via Zoom. I eventually got my refund several months later than anticipated.
