The techs who have come regularly to do my semi-annual checks have been professional, thorough, and polite. The work has been generally excellent. However, dealing with the office staff is a different story as I've been mis-led on pricing and being informed "that my contract only covers one of my systems. Wouldn't I like to upgrade my plan so that both of my systems are covered?" In my 4 years as a contract customer, I have never been told (or even "offered") a different plan. When I questioned the tech who came to my home about what hasn't been done in my 4 years that would now be done if I upgraded to a full plan, he was clueless to understand what the office person was referring to. He told me my entire system was covered under my existing plan. That situation in addition to the discrepancy that occurred last fall when I had to pay an increased price for my plan only to be informed two months later that they have a new pricing plan which was significantly less...without anyone offering to re-imburse me for the increased amount I had to pay just 2 months prior. Makes me feel like this is a money-hungry operation.

Not the same company since they've been taken over. Now their strategy is to try to convince you to replace your system (with all kinds of pushy tactics) instead of fixing it for you.
