Should change name to not-Good. Installed dehumidification system improperly, just did not work. Took a year to get them to come back and fix, and this was not done until an Aprilaire engineer came on site and the conclusion was the system was installed incorrectly. When they resolved that, it was better, but still not working as expected. Further, when system broke WITHIN the warranty period (as stated in their proposal), they took 7 weeks to return to repair it after many phone calls to them. AND they refused to recognize thier own written warranty and charged me an exorbitant amount for the repair, including $173 for the part that was ready available on line for $18, and labor of $129 for the service call that took less than 15 minutes on-site for the part to be replaced. I am not exaggerating.

This is my second time around with Good. They installed A/C unit 3 years ago in a new addition and did an excellent job. This time around it was a water softener and Rick (manager) and Doug did another excellent job. Only problem with Good is if you need service after the fact their charge to and from their business is excessive as compared to others.
