Uncertain about how their repairs costs compare to other places for major jobs. They gave me an excellent price on one major job a few years ago but recently quoted me a very high price for another major job (I'll be seeking other quotes). However, I've found through the years that they are honest about the work that needs to be done. In one case, I asked them to check out an issue that I had noticed and they could have overcharged me and didn't.
