Horrible service. Paid them a lot of money to update our pool. My blind dog could have done a better job. Came out several times to try to Fix it but never really did - Tiles are crooked, coping uneven, grout/cement cracked and missing in spots. After they finished we thought we had a leak in the pool. Hired a professional to check and they found out they never replaced the bottom plugs they took out when they re-plastered. *They did credit us the $400 we spent on that but I still feel cheated. Looks ok from far away...don't look at their work close up...especially from in the pool. Finally gave up asking for fixes and will NEVER Use them again. Sadly wanted to use a smaller company - have gone back to Anthony Sylvan. You get what you pay for.
