The receptionist is very pleasant and it was easy to schedule sessions. The two therapists I worked with at Moss were both dedicated to my recovery. My insurance company complicated my treatment somewhat as it rationed out permissible sessions a few at a time, so it was impossible for the therapists to know how many sessions we had to work with and develop a comprehensive plan. Although vastly improved, for which I am grateful, my function had not returned to 100% before my insurance company decided that I'd had enough sessions, and I felt I could have received a more definite program to proceed on my own. I was shocked when, 3 months later, I received bills for $75 per session, above and beyond my co-pay, for hot and cold packs. My insurance doesn't cover hot and cold packs, which is clearly stated in my benefit manual, had I thought to look. Next time, I'll know to watch out for that expense.
