Most asphalt sealing companies around my area of Chester County use coal tar emulsion sealer which is being banned for environmental reasons in some states, in some counties in Maryland, and in some municipalities in Pennsylvania. Derek, however, uses asphalt emulsion sealer which is recommended by environmental organizations and has much less odor than coal tar products. Not only is the product he uses excellent but his work and prices are excellent as well.
