These formerly Catholic nursing homes were recently sold to a private concern. Since that time residents in the first floor dining room sometimes have to wait for meals as the kitchen has run out of chicken, beef etc... Also, coffee not served at times to residents in the morning because they claim the coffee maker is not working. Residents in nursing on first floor are sometimes put to bed at 7 PM due to shortage in staff. I have a parent in this facility and have observed much of this during my visits.
