My grandma is very happy here. The place is clean but I’ve never seen any staff.

The nursing aides are generally not qualified to work any where. They yell at the patients and do not respond in a timely manner for requests to help pts. For sure, they do NOT brush the pts. teeth…ever. They spend a lot of time on the cell phones. Nurses don't monitor and staff and their quality of care, but many of the nurses are just as bad as the aides. The all sit at the desk a good part of the time they could be talking to the patients. Call lights are not answered promptly….it is more like when they feel like it. I must say that the nursing administration is just as guilty, if not more. It begins at the top. The activities staff seem to be the best.
