i used this store for 20 years and would have highly recommended.however, i dont know if its new ownership or i went on bad day or they had changed their so fair prices n policies....but i was shocked at how high the total of my many pieces i took to have fixed ...then they dded more money to bill for cleaning as nd other things i did not ask for. needkess to say it also lost th as t home feeling they had for years ..as if the salesperson remembered you and valued your business...although he maybe often didnt.yiu used to feel that way. i eould try them again with something simple before ever refering anyone agsin.incase i got a person whos no longrr th we or or mosunderstood me.
