Once we gave him the job, dealing with him became difficult. He did not answer or return phone calls. He would not notify us on the work schedule, he just showed up when he wanted to and left without notice. He gave us no written contract, no proof of insurance and most important no receipt, even though he promised to bring these over to us hundreds of times. Most important, he didn't finish the job. He left gaps between the curbing and the street that he said he was going to fill in but never did. Working with him was frustrating because he was not returning our calls.
