I had a terrible experience. I did not get a refund, which has never happened as long as I have been working. I paid extra for identity protection and my returns had been taken from the office to another office and could not be found. The tax preparer would not answer or return calls and the office staff were rude and unaccommodating. I was told by the district manager I would be refunded and then never heard from her again. I would NEVER use or recommend their services to anyone
