Too many problems--we're going to have to find a different service. Billing problems, for one thing: they've charged for weeks when they didn't actually mow. And over the course of the season you'll find that the job gets more and more perfunctory. The first time they come out, it'll be a whole crew, complete with a supervisor, carefully cutting and edging everything on your property. A couple of months later, it'll be a couple of guys that just blow by and move on to the next site.
