After my kitchen floor installation, I was unable to open my stove storage drawer because the floor molding was too thick and rubbed the side of the drawer. Mike, the manager, came out to look at it, but said he would not fix the problem because he would need special wood working tools and it would cost him more money. Several months later, the transition floor molding, which was only glued, fell off. Not a satisfactory experience though the salesman, manager and workers were very nice.
