Got an estimate for body work on Civic I leased from them. They didn't appear anxious to get involved with the mess. There were warranty questions involved and and an end of lease problem. They were going to have the work done out of town. Very pricey. Went to "a guy." Staff was efficient and professional. I still lease from them.
