Always used them because I bought my car from a Toyota dealership but in recent years I feel like the service men are trying to sell services that are not really needed. I recommend for convenience but be careful about what services they try to recommend.

Come in for a oil change and they recommend I need $1,900 in repairs, that my car would not pass inspection. Then, I go for my inspection at another location, and I pass without the repairs. The other shop said I may not need the repairs for at least two years!
