Take photos of your car before dropping it off. Twice my car has been returned with scuff marks and scratches. I only go there to have recalls fixed which must be done by a Ford dealership.

I go to their repair facility across the highway from the dealership, formerly known as Quality Care, now called Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center. Generally, I have had good luck with them. My only problem with them was their not properly diagnosing/repairing an electrical problem. They replaced the car battery and then had to replace the new one when they should have replaced the alternator. I ended up having to go to Sears Automotive, Quakerbridge Mall, Lawrenceville, NJ to have the problem properly resolved.
