Some properties may be ok, but not Henry on the Park. Not enough maintenance staff, not enough cleaning staff. Fabulous apartments that are being let to run down. With a lot of recent vacancies, rid-raf are moving in. Look at reviews on Apartments.com. Read the reviews. The overall review is influenced by the number of amenities, overshadowing what residents say.
