They could deliver the specific brand of hardwood flooring I wanted and reviewed options with respect to different grade levels. They installed the flooring in two large rooms in one day within two weeks of placing the order. Their pricing was lower than any other firm I contacted including Costco. The staff including the men doing the installation were excellent.

We used Bergey's ~25 yrs ago and went back because of a great experience. This time, from communication to installation, we were disappointed (although we LOVE how it looks!). The carpet installers did ~$400 damage to walls we just had painted; they did not fix a raised area of the floor that was quoted; and the kitchen floor installed was not the grade we ordered (but the installer was 5* !). Warranties provided were not for the correct products. They did refund some to cover damages and aggravation, which was appreciated, but I wouldn't recommend them.
