Very bad experience at this Mattress Warehouse. Talked us into getting a mattress, then when filling out paperwork switched over to a more expensive mattress. When we asked why she did that, she said "don't worry about it. If you don't like the mattress, you can trade it in with the comfort exchange." We didn't like the mattress at all, especially for 8000 dollars! We tried to exchange it, but you have to get a more expensive mattress, and we found out that she's put in our paperwork without asking us the most expensive mattress they have. So, they didn't want to do a comfort exchange, because you can't do one with a less expensive mattress, only a more expensive one. Needless to say we had to call every person trying to get help and no one wanted to help us. We had to work our way up the corporate ladder in the company, and finally got some help, but we couldn't do the comfort exchange where we bought the bed. We had to go to a different mattress warehouse that was about 40 minutes from our house. In the end, we finally got a comfort exchange, but we had to take a bed that was less expensive than the one we had.
