First, Home Depot's app did not work properly to both buy a garage door opener and arrange for its installation. After trying 3 times, I finally had to phone their national installation services teleservice center. Second, once I received the opener their contract states "the installer will call you within 3 business days." This did not happen. It's now a week since the opener arrived with no call from an installer and again I've had to phone installation services to have them prod the local Home Depot and the installer. Poorly working app and failure to follow their own contract.

Nice door mostly decent installation although we did have to fix a couple of issues.

The two garage doors I ordered through this Home Depot were delivered promptly, but minus some important components, and it took some time to get through the process of recovering the missing components.
