We had them in to check the chimney, firebox, flue etc. when we moved in. They helped us identify problems and provided solutions for a very economic price. (I've done it myself in two houses, paid someone to do it in another, so have some points for comparisons over time.) Currently we have them back annually for cleaning depending on usage. They are prompt, reasonable, and effective. They are also flexible and willing to help change high floodlights, or sweep leaves out of a valley in the roof, and in the summer they also do exterior house cleaning. I'd give them 6 stars based on our experience to date.

This outfit was absolutely tremendous. The only difficulty I had was in getting touch with them. After that, they were great from start to finish. The price was extremely reasonable, and the quality of the work was superb. They also did a phenomenal job of cleaning up afterwards (little things like that really count!).
