My 20,000 mile "B" service consisting of an oil change, oil and dust filter and brake fluid replacement cost over $1,000. Over one hundred dollars of this cost was due to unnecessary "add-ons" that were not identified in the "B" service literature such as $ 60 in oil and fuel additives, $20 for windwasher washer fluid and $14 for a key fob battery replacement, none of which I requested. Customer should be provided up-front price and given the option to decline these unnecessary add-ons at the time of the appointment. I will not be going back there again.
