I say recommended because I think the other option is too harsh. The only reason I continue to go back is because of my warranty and I know I can hold them accountable because they are a dealership and not a mom & pop shop. I also have had pleasant experiences with customer service about 70% of the time. Don't take your car there on Fridays if you're in a rush, because they are NOT!

I had a problem with my car that was caused by another dealership. John Kennedy diagnosed the problem, fixed it; then they charged me for the labor only which I felt was fair.
