Cleaned my chimney, and there was an issue that required additional time and follow-up work, I was not told about the extra cost during the time the cleaning was done, only at the end. Then I was made aware of an issue which required additional work. I was fine with that. But upon return, the next technician informed me of a crack that the prior tech (with less experience) didn't notice involving a more expensive repair. So make sure that you get a tech with lots of experience with whatever service you choose. So ma
