I had the oil change service with tire rotation and fluid check. The printout showed a top off of power steering fluid but when checking after arriving home it showed below normal. I watched it for several weeks after I TOPPED it off and there was no change. It is now 4months and still no change. They definitely did nothing. Also, I had them check the brakes prior to a trip and they said all was okay and I had 6mm on the pad. After a 2 week period and 983 miles the brakes needed changing and the pads were at 3mm. I called to speak with the service manager and they said that he would return my call. I called 2 more times and left a voice message and I have not received a return call. They will never see me for service again. I have been a loyal Ford/Mercury guy for a long time and cannot believe the poor service received at this location.
