Keystone has to have the absolute best service department in the region. Not necessarily the cheapest, but the staff is highly trained & provides superior customer service. Quality advice on maintenance and upcoming issues to keep an eye on. They were at their best when we had a problem immediately following routine maintenance service. Jumped into action immediately to resolve & make sure we were satisfied with the final outcome. Auto service has become highly technical. Keystone provides superior auto service, while also providing excellent customer care. When I purchase my last car, Keystone's service department was the primary driver in purchasing a Volvo from them.
