The owner persistently failed to deliver equipment on stated agreed delivery dates. The owner was persistently very rude and antagonistic. She refused to return my equipment (a tractor) twice. When I demanded this and agreed to compensate her for returning the tractor back to my residence. The owner explained that when she promised to have the tractor repaired in three weeks (way befor the busy spring season) she explained that she never counts the 3 days per week she is in Delaware at her other store. She does not count weekends or holidays and even with this "explanation" it took her weeks to return the tractor.
