I was informed that my Acura needed major work that cost over $2,500. I had brought it in only for an inspection and oil change. I then took my car to 2 other auto repair shops- (privately owned) and was told that the work was NOT needed. Therefore, I lack trust in Acura car repair. I will no longer go there for servicing.

"Honesty" is the most important aspect in dealing with an auto service department. I have had Acura autos for over 30 years and always service my car at Piazza Acura- without hesitation. The service manager is pleasant, friendly and supervises his staff to give the best possible experience. Service persons are very friendly and give detailed explanations and recomendations. Only work that is needed is recommended, and completed work is of the highest quality. They get my highest recommendation.
